Robbie is an avid curler in the off-season with a fondness for craft beer, cigars, and incredibly cheesy jokes (which are surprisingly funny).  He has an incredible ability to lighten the mood on every occasion and helps bring the best out of our people.

Jeff is an avid golfer, hockey player, and skier.  When he is away from Carnmoney you can usually find him swinging his clubs, lacing his skates, or skiing down a mountain.  Jeff’s dream is that in his lifetime his beloved Toronto Maple Leafs will raise the cup.  At home Jeff, and his girlfriend Michelle, have two pure bred Dobermann Pinscher’s which keep them busy.

Brett Kozak

EQUIPMENT MANAGER

Brett grew up in Lacombe, Alberta and since joining the Carnmoney Team as Equipment Manager in the fall of 2022 he has advanced the Grounds operation 10X.  Prior to transitioning to the equipment side of business, Brett spent 7 years working on the turf side of the business, but his passion has always been on the mechanic side of things.  The experience he gained while being a greenkeeper has given him significant knowledge in what it takes to maintain a golf course from the staff's perspective and makes Brett the ideal individual to manage the 3+ million dollars of capital equipment here at Carnmoney.  He is a tech savvy individual, always looking at ways to improve efficiency and maximize performance of equipment.  Brett’s relaxed personality make him extremely approachable for all the staff.  He never hesitates to help in anyway he can whether it is helping a greenkeeper fine-tune their skills or getting out and mowing himself to see how the equipment is performing.

In Brett’s free time away from the course he is an avid hockey fan, relentlessly cheering for the Calgary Flames with a bucket list goal of watching an NHL hockey game in every professional stadium.  He also loves to fly fish, camp and golf.
